  • I’ll sit down with 4-8 of the closest people in your circle – your manager, your reports, your cross-functional collaborators, and even your friends and loved-ones to get a better sense of your ecosystem.

    This will help you reach your goals faster because it will give me a better understanding of your circumstances and a clearer picture of your blindspots.

  • Nope. I don’t believe in packages because I do not want you to ever feel locked-in or resentful when our meeting pops up on your calendar.

    I want these to be some of the most exciting meetings you get to have each month, so it’s important to me that you feel like what we are doing together is valuable. You can also pause and come back at any time.

    And, if it doesn’t feel valuable, absolutely no hard feelings – you can cancel at any time.

  • Currently, I accept electronic funds transfers when being paid by an organization, and I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Cash App for personal payments.

  • We’ll start with a discovery call to better understand your circumstances and desired outcomes. We’ll then move into a discovery phase where I will meet with all the stakeholders involved to refine goals, timeline, and key team members involved. From there, we’ll move into a design phase, and then an implementation phase. After that, you and your team can decide if you would like to bring me in for ongoing maintenance, or, if you would like for us collectively to come up with a maintenance plan that you and your team will use going forward without my help.
