I will do my best to respond within one business day, but allow for up to 3 business days in the case of weekend or bank holidays.

I’ll sit down with 4-6 of the closest people in your circle – your manager, your reports, your cross-functional collaborators, and even your friends and loved-ones to get a better sense of your ecosystem.
This will help you reach your goals faster because it will give me a better understanding of your circumstances and a clearer picture of your opportunities and blindspots.
This assessment ideally happens when we first begin working together and is an additional cost of 3x the first month’s rate to account for additional administrative time, the time taken to meet with everyone, and the time to synthesize themes and observations.

Currently, I accept electronic funds transfers when being paid by an organization, and I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Cash App for individual payment.

We’ll start with a 30-min discovery call to better understand your circumstances and desired outcomes. We’ll then move into a discovery phase where I will meet with stakeholders to refine goals, timeline, and key team members involved. From there, we’ll move into a design phase, and then an implementation phase. After that, you and your team can decide if you would like to bring me in for ongoing maintenance, or, if you would like for us collectively to come up with a maintenance plan that you and your team will use going forward without my help.
